Brilliant place for discovering Sanya with super friendly and really good staff at the Reception desk. Stunning room, new-fashioned with great view. - A wide range of excellent breakfast options. - An absolutely fabulous and incredibly beautiful hotel, my first choice in Sanya.

The pool DJ playing every afternoon added an exciting Ibiza vibe to my holiday. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. the hotel's Skybar provided a beautiful view.

The service was disappointing. the staff was not properly trained and did not seem interested in ensuring guests had a pleasant experience.

I spent my xmas holiday in a wonderful hotel located in a perfect spot. The impeccable service and incredibly friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay. They always went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The food was outstanding, especially the breakfast buffet and the BBQ restaurant. the rooftop pool and bar were one-of-a-kind features that provided breathtaking views of the surroundings.

Although my experience was generally great, there were a few negative aspects that I disliked. The beach was not very clean and swimming was prohibited, which was a major letdown.

During my stay, I was blown away by the amazing hotel facilities, including the various swimming pools and different restaurants. In fact, the food selection was outstanding with the breakfast buffet being a personal highlight. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and I felt very comfortable during my stay. Finally, I cannot rave enough about the staff, as they were extremely friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond to make my stay special.

We stayed at one of the towers overlooking the sea and it was a bit disappointing. the room was small and outdated, the bathroom had moldy spots and the service was slow at times. they made up for it with an extensive breakfast buffet and a great sky bar with an amazing view of the ocean.

The pool area was not as clean as we would have liked. There were a lot of leaves and debris floating around, which was not very pleasant.

Luxurious, exclusive amenities and exceptional customer service - This hotel is a gem. the breathtaking view from the well-designed property creates a soothing atmosphere. the food and beverage service is also great, from the special diet menus to the quality of the dinner service. the hotel has amazing spa and wellness facilities, including a sauna, steam room, and massage service. the rooftop pool and sun terrace provide plenty of room for relaxation, while the beach access provides a spot for leisure. I was impressed with the professionalism of staff, and the excellent service provided at the leisure/TV room.

The hotel had a minor issue with the language barrier, meaning fewer staff members could communicate in English. this did not take away from the overall experience, which was rejuvenating and satisfying.
